General Guide for Staffing
  • Allow one Wait Staff per 30 guest if using paper buffet.
  • Allow one Wait Staff per 20 guest if using china buffet.
  • Allow one Wait Staff per 12 guest if using plated served meals.
  • Allow one Bartender per 40 guest for full service bar.
  • Add $1.50 per guest for cake service.

  • On site Bartender - $25.00 per hour
  • Wait Staff Supervisor - $22.00 per hour
  • Wait Staff & ect. - $20.00 per hour
Paper Service, Rentals & Beverages
  • Paper Service
    Includes 6" inch dinner plate, 2 forks, spoon, knife and napkin - $2.75 per person     ($3.00 per person for color coordinated)
  • Sample Rental Description
    Includes China, silverware and glassware     - $4.00 per person (may be reduced if using liquor service that provides glassware)
  • Tables & Chairs
    The average rental is $3.85 per person for tables, chairs, tablecloth and napkins. (a detailed rental list is available upon request)
  • Delivery & Pickup Charges
    The rental company charges for delivery and pickups start at $35.00 (depending on quantity, location and time)
Beverages
  • Coffee & Tea Service - $1.15
  • Iced Tea or Lemonade - $1.15
  • Delicious Sparkling Punch - $1.65
  • Assorted Soft Drinks - $1.50
  • Assorted Waters & Sparkling Juices - $2.00
    (Plastic or paper cups and napkins are included)
  • Ice & Tubs Start at - $60.00 (depending on weather)
